Certificate of Compliance

As of 27 January 2023, the National Pension Commission (PenCom) had issued 593 companies with a Certificate of Compliance for remitting  employee’s contributions in accordance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act of 2014.

The 2022 list (available here) is updated regularly. The list of 2021, last updated as of 21 December 2022 (available here) contained over 26,500 institutions.
